Our topic for discussion

Activating Internal Change

This session’s discussion will focus on the challenge of activating internal change. Change is hard at the best of times, but even more challenging when organisations are large, stakeholder landscapes are complex, and you’re taking an unfamiliar approach.

Lucy will share how she tackled the redesign of Fidelity’s Global Self Service Portal to kick-start the discussion about progressing internal change.

RSVP to Méabh to reserve your place.

What is this thing?

The Changemakers’ Breakfast Series

The Breakfast Series is an enjoyable way for our friends and specialists to mix with each other and build relationships over time. We’ll bring the same group together 3 times a year.

There are no formal speeches or presentations from us. Instead we’ll invite one of our network to kick-off a discussion topic, which prompts sharing across the group.

Dress code is whatever suits you; just come, enjoy the breakfast, connect with peers and leave having learnt something new and extended your professional network.

To help you focus on the discussion, we’ll capture key themes, general tips and resources, and share contact details with everyone afterwards.
