Our topic for discussion
Vulnerable Customers
With the FCA’s new Consumer Duty coming into force in July, the question of how we can serve vulnerable customers is on everyone’s mind.
This session, Grant will share his insights on inclusive and accessible digital content. Having worked in the industry for over 20 years, Grant has some great views on how organisations can start to get ahead of the legislation
Catherine Richards from Tesco Bank will also discuss how they’ve been working on and implementing a new framework.
If you have any further questions, please contact Kirsty.
What is this thing?
The Changemakers’ Breakfast Series
The Breakfast Series is an enjoyable way for our friends and specialists to mix with each other and build relationships over time. We’ll bring the same group together 3 times a year.
There are no formal speeches or presentations from us. Instead we’ll invite our network to kick-off a discussion topic, which prompts sharing across the group.
Dress code is whatever suits you; just come, enjoy the breakfast, connect with peers and leave having learnt something new and extended your professional network.
To help you focus on the discussion, we’ll capture key themes, general tips and resources, and share contact details with everyone afterwards.
