We prioritise learning, new ideas and the team. Our innovation comes by engaging in the UK and international design community, themed dinners and a culture of knowledge sharing.
Current and past Nilers can be found in the driving seat of many of our industry and specialist bodies including The Service Design Network, The Design Council, The British Interactive Media Association, Scottish Financial Enterprise with Scottish Enterprise, W3C initiative and Number 10’s Great Campaign.

From day one (16 August 2006) we’ve aimed to build a company people want to grow and invest their time and smarts in.
Building a high performing, energised and happy team is a core priority and baked into our business model. Each year we protect time to connect with each other and curate our culture. This takes the form of a few awesome days away (e.g. Oslo, Lake District, north Scotland) moderated by an ex-Olympic athlete.
There are also the standard evening get-togethers, internal design sessions, industry sports events and team lunches. Rolls on a friday morning, beer and wine from 4, and homemade cakes on your birthday (…. sometimes we cheat and buy shop).
You can expect to be intellectually challenged, and part of a first class team launching services that make a measurable difference in the world.
If you value flexibility above all else and want to keep your options open so you can indulge in your passions – skiing 6 months of the year, launching a baking business, making sweaters, volunteering. The list is endless. As long as you’re top of your game, we’ll welcome you to work alongside us and inject some of your thinking and experience into suitable projects.
