Nile is growing. We’re on the lookout for bright, curious, design-minded people to join our team.
We’re a learning organisation with a strong coaching culture. Maybe you don’t yet feel qualified for any of our current positions. That’s OK – Nile is a place you can grow.
If you share our values and think Nile might be the place for you, we’d still love to hear from you. Get in touch with Susie, our Head of Talent, and let’s talk about it.
Senior Researcher (Quant)
A kind and curious team
Nile tackles some of the most complex and impactful design challenges in business today.
To do so, we look for people who are skilled and focused, and also curious and playful.
This philosophy has helped us to grow a team that’s flexible, open minded and creative, testing new ideas, learning new skills, and sharing novel approaches, tools, and lessons and with each other.
A place for growth
Development is a real thing for us, and we’ve built a strong internal coaching culture.
As part of the core team you’ll work with a senior coach to progress your career goals, learn from other Nilers, and develop in real, measurable ways against our development framework.
Paired with a generous learning budget, internal Academy programmes, and an always-on learning and sharing culture, you’re always growing with Nile.
We were doing flexible working before it was cool, and we’re happy to talk about how we might meet different needs.
We care about how we spend time together, not where we do it. We trust and expect our people to do great work, and know that being empowered to work how, when and where you like is a good thing.
Our current team is based throughout the UK and Ireland, and have a variety of working patterns, from one to five days a week. We keep in touch all the time, and many of us gather at our Edinburgh HQ and at co-working spaces around the country for work and social activities.
Every year we take the whole team away for a few days to zoom out, reconnect, and reflect.
Organised and run by Nilers, for Nilers, our legendary team trips are famous for their elaborate games, adventurous excursions, good food and great company.
Usually based in our home country of Scotland and centred around the old Celtic idea of ‘Coorie,’ these annual trips have a special place in every Niler’s heart.
