B Corp: Our Progress
Impact Report 2023
We started our B Corp journey in 2020.
Our main focus at that time was to baseline where we were, in order to better understand what we could do and where we could improve.
Fast forward to 2023, and the old adage ‘what gets measured, gets managed’ has never been more true.
From the choices we make about refitting the office, to policies relating to our team, every decision now includes an environmental and societal lens.
As this report makes evident, we’re making good progress, with much more still to do.
