Our topic for discussion

Challenges of Change: The C-Suite Perspective

The challenges of change has been a running theme our previous breakfasts. We’ve explored how to activate internal change and how to sell change when there’s no obvious return on investment. During these discussions there’s been mention of the difficulty of getting by-in at an executive level as well as how to translate that buy-in into team-wide alignment.

This session, Paul will offer a new perspective, sharing some of the challenges of change he has experienced from a c-suite perspective and he will share any tips he has about how you can better engage and influence the C-suite in your organisations.

Before we meet…

We’d love it if you could come to the session with some perspectives to share and questions to ask.

Maybe consider what experiences you’ve had selling change to executives in the past – what would you do differently now? What difficulties did you face convincing them that change was needed?

The Changemakers’ Breakfast Series

Our Breakfast Series is designed so you can connect with peers, learn from other industries, and extend your professional network in a natural human way.

We invite clients from different organisations and business areas to share perspectives on a topic related to organisational change.

The same people are invited back 3-4 times per year, to make it easy to create personal connections.

There are no formal speeches or presentations, instead someone from the group or our wider network will kick-off a relevant discussion
